What is a Dosa?
A Dosa is a thin, savoury crepe made from a fermented batter of ground rice and lentils. It is a staple of South Indian cuisine, traditionally served hot with an array of chutneys (usually coconut and tomato) and sambar, a flavourful lentil and vegetable stew.
